WHAT IS THE FRAMEWORK?
The Communicators Framework offers several different services: 1) professional consulting services, and 2) an online resource shop. It was created by professional communicators for other professional communicators as well as other professionals seeking our services. 
 
WHO IS THE FRAMEWORK FOR?
The Framework was created by professional communicators for other professional communicators and anyone else who looking for planning resources, career and professional development opportunities and professional consulting services for marketing, social media, communications, thought leadership, change management, project management and more. It is ideal for:
  • Communicators focused on storytelling, content management, employee engagement, change management, and campaign and program management
  • College students, recent graduates, interns and those new to the workforce seeking resources to get started
  • Jack- or Jane-of-all-trade employees balancing social media, editorial calendars and online reputation management
  • Freelancers and self-employed consultants who work solo and could benefit from helpful resources
  • Seasoned professionals looking to grow their communications arsenal
  • Corporate communications departments and agency teams who don't have time to build their own resources

HOW EXACTLY DOES THE FRAMEWORK WORK?
The Frameworks offerings work a little differently depending on the type of service.
  • Our Consulting offerings are based on a professional services model where The Framework's founder, along with a network of coaches and consultants, meet with you virtually or in person in some cases. Offerings include Consulting, Coaching and Mentorship. You will pay for the sessions ahead of time (keep reading for more information on our cancelation and refund policies). There may be pre-work ahead of sessions, which will be sent to you via email.  
  • The Resource Shop is an online store where you pay to download certain offerings. Upon purchase, you'll receive a file download usually in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF.

WHERE ELSE IS THE FRAMEWORK?
The Framework is primarily accessible through this website, LinkedIn, Instagram and Etsy.

ARE YOUR CONSULTING SERVICES VIRTUAL ONLY?
Consulting services are primarily done virtually through phone calls or virtual meeting platforms; however, in person consulting may be available upon request depending on your location and budget.
 
WHO CREATED ALL THE DOCUMENTS IN THE RESOURCE SHOP?
The Framework's Founder created all of the materials accessible on The Framework website based on their own professional experience. Read our Terms of Use for more details on how our resources can and cannot be used. Get to know The Framework's Founder.

HOW ARE THE FRAMEWORK'S RESOURCES DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I CAN FIND FOR FREE ON THE INTERNET?
Our resources are made with professional communicators in mind and bring together structure and strategy. Our templates are tailor-made templates with instructions, fillable text fields and dropdown boxes and examples of how they look in action.

WHO ARE THE FRAMEWORKS CONSULTANTS?
The Framework's coaches include its Founder, who has extensive experience as professional communicators. We also partner with a network of experienced coaches and consultants to meet a variety of needs.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds on our resource shop purchases. If you have feedback on the quality of our resources, please let us know. We value your feedback and use it to evolve our offerings. Additionally, we do not offer a refunds on most coaching and consulting sessions that have taken place; however, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY ON CONSULTING SESSIONS?
To protect the time of our consultants, we ask for full payment ahead consulting sessions. We accept cancelations up to two business days before your session. Any cancelations after two business days or no-shows will be charged a 10% fee (you will receive a refund for the remaining cost of the session). Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances.

DO YOU OFFER CONSULTING PACKAGES?
Yes. We offer custom consulting packages or retainers to meet your specific needs. Once you request a quote for our services, we'll schedule an introductory call where our consultants will learn more about your needs and prepare a custom proposal for your review. The quote will include a payment plan and/or payment options. Once we reach a partnership agreement, services will begin on a specified start date.
